Bianca, the director of Art 'N Hair, humbly brings over 15 years of experience in the beauty industry. Throughout her career, she has worked alongside respected professionals, continuously learning and building her skills. Her areas of specialization lie in color and extensions.
Passionate about sharing her knowledge with new and future talent, Bianca is driven by a genuine desire to teach and inspire others within the beauty industry. Lena Williams - Marketing & Operations
Lena Williams brings a wealth of experience and passion to her role as the marketing & operations manager . A Bachelors degree in mass communications & design, Lena has developed a diverse background spanning public relations, social media management, and event coordination across non-profit organizations and small businesses. Her experience has allowed her to play an integral role in building brand awareness and curating impactful events.
Beyond her professional pursuits, Lena is a staunch advocate for small-owned restaurants and community upliftment. You can find her frequenting independent coffee shops, supporting sustainability-driven restaurants, or immersing herself in cultural experiences. Additionally, as a proud member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., she actively contributes to community service initiatives, demonstrating her passion for making a positive difference in the lives of others.
