COVID 19 Guidelines
Please wear a mask for the full duration of your appointment. If you do not have one, one will be provided for you. To abide by the CDC recommendations, I ask that all clients refrain from bringing extra guests.
If your are experiencing symptoms or contract COVID 19, I ask that you please refrain from attending your appointment and call to reschedule ASAP. Further more I will need proof of a negative COVID test upon arrival of rescheduled appointment.
Cancellation Policy
We require 50% deposits for first-time guests and guests who have no-showed their appointments prior. 100% of the deposit will be credited to guests account who receive their services at the scheduled date and time. Guests may reschedule or cancel any appointment 48 hours prior to their scheduled appointment without loss of deposit. Rescheduling less than 48 hours before the appointment or no-shows will not be refunded deposit. Multiple rescheduling will result in no further services offered. Please call us with any questions or concerns.
Punctuality Policy
A 15 minute grace period is permitted to all clients. We will strive to accommodate all guests. Art 'N Hair retains their right to reschedule any client that arrives 15 minutes or later after their scheduled appointment. Please understand that this policy is in place so that the stylist does not run late for other scheduled and on-time appointments.
Refund Policy
Your satisfaction is extremely important to us. Although we do not offer refunds on services rendered, we will do everything in our power to correct any issue that may arise within two weeks of the original service. We want you to love your hair.
